Mini Roses, Shell, Gray/Olive

Posted on August 31, 2017 by Carol Steinberg

Mini Roses, Shell, Gray/Olive, oil, 10 x 8

This is my first painting for the 30 in 30 Challenge. It’s a variation on yesterday’s post–different background and larger format.

I love this, Carol. The brushstrokes are brave and knowing — I purposely want to go beyond “bold” — the palette original and interesting. Wonderful beginning to what definitely will be a better month than last year! Best and worst thing about this life is all things pass…
    Big hug!

Laurelle, meeting you has been one of the best things to come out of these challenges for me. Thank you!

Carol, You are such a delicious artist. I love the new work you offer on your site. While my own home is filled with your beautiful work, I find that I still crave more and often come just to visit your site and see the world through your eyes. Thank you for bringing so much beauty to the world. Love,
