Wow, finally done! So thankful I could do it this time…January just proved too difficult. Feel like a phoenix rising from the ashes. Next to clean up my space and meditate on what’s next. Wish I could keep this pace up, but I definitely need some down time…it’s just going to be a question, as always, of how much.

This is my second crack at that cheap bouquet. Two more to go…and then, we’ll see. Oh, and BTW, just got back from Vegas…and what happens in Vegas, will NOT stay in Vegas! Stay tuned.

This pretty bouquet just kind of paints itself. I just love these small bouquets.
Flame Tulips, Close Up, oil, 10 x 10, $375
I still had the tulips so I decided to paint them again. At first I was going to paint the curvy clear glass vase, but then I just realized, in a smallish painting, this would work better. The evolution of the last 3 pieces is kind of interesting.

B is back with a cough, but he posed willingly for me on our porch on this unusually cold yet sunny New Year’s Day. Yes, he may look like a girl…but that’s something I daresay I love about him. And Happy New Year! 2015!
