I’m still feeling like I may not make it to the end of the challenge. Today, Sunday, got up late, farmers market, yoga, lunch…and then, too late to do an oil….so I thought I’d try to just do something simple and easy enough to get done before the light for taking a photo was completely gone. I’m actually glad I persisted…but sill, what 6 days more? Sigh.
This is an oil version of yesterday’s gouache. I have ideas for the next couple days…and then…we’ll see.
I am ready to stop the challenge…not sure I can keep it up if I have to post the same day’s work…but it does get me to just get in there…much as I would find an excuse not to do so without it. Also, tempted to break the series…we’ll see.

The gallery director seemed most enthusiastic about my cityscapes, so what the heck…I figured I would end this 30 day challenge with a roof top view. I schlepped my stuff up to the roof with B’s help…and almost fainted from the heat…I think it was about 87 degrees in the direct sun. But it was fun anyway.
